Asian Tempest: (Hardneck) Asiatic variety, HOT when raw, SWEET when baked. Easy to peel.
Creole Red: (Softneck) Outstanding storage life with excellent flavor. Beautiful braided.
Duganski: (Hardneck) Purple Stripe, sweet flavor, known for roasting and sautéing. Mild flavor.
Metechi: (Hardneck) Marbled Purple Stripe, one of the HOTTEST garlic eaten raw.
Nootka Rose: (Softneck) Rose Streaked, VERY STRONG flavor, prolific producer.
